I thought we were meeting up around RT2/95?

Maybe we could meet the "south" group at a rest stop on 90? or somewhere near 95/90?

Plan is to leave south shore plaza at 10AM sharp (for folks meeting there). It's about 30 min drive to get to the second stop at the Lexington address on rt2. Please figure to meet up there and depart for cruise around 10:30 +/- a couple minutes.

can you repeat where the lexington folks are meeting?
i combed the thread but my little brain isnt finding it..something about rt 2?

pps..does anyone use walkies on the longer cruises?
if so...can dig mine up and get them charged

okroger - i do not have any radios but if someone has any maybe we can use them on this trip? There do not appear to be too many lights along route 2 but it would help so i do not have to check my mirrors every 2 seconds

I am at 93/95 so if anyone is coming down 93S we could have a north shore meet up at 296 Mishawum Rd, Woburn, MA 01801 (Woburn Mall at 93/95) at 9:30am and then leave to drive to the 2nd meet up spot at 10am

For those coming from NH or MA area near the border, some of us are meeting at The Loop (Methuen, MA) at 10am. This will be in-front of Starbucks. We'll travel together to meet with the main group in Lexington.

I recently picked up this product called
"Kenotek Showroom Shine - the Anti-Static Detail Spray". After a wash/detail, spray this on and it helps with dust/pollen being attracted to the paint. It does not prevent it 100% but helps. Plus whatever's on the car can be wiped off lightly with a microfiber towel or leaf blower very easy.

i had to check google maps, but that lexington meeting spot is a bit congested.
i bike by it on a regular basis and dont see a good way to get 15+ cars there.

i'd propose moving the meeting spot down the street just a bit.
this is smack dab in the middle of 95 and 2.
from exit 30a, right onto lincoln st, turns into lexington rd

gps coordinates are 42.435779, -71.267325
street address could be 443 lexington street, lexington ma

this is a long straight stretch of road, low traffic, and wont require too much finagling to get back onto rt 2

The parking lot may be a bit snug but was also planning to use the breakdown lane on rt2 for parking to avoid going into residential areas:



The location you propose is within the area as well according to google maps, but not sure how tricky it would be to get everyone out to rt2. Not too familiar with the area...
