Inner LED DRL Issues

Today I unfortunately noticed that the inner LED daytime running light halo on the driver side of my pre-lci is a faded yellow color. The LED DRL next to it is fine and both on the passenger side are fine as well.

Has anyone else had this issue and what does it entail? Will the whole headlight need to be replaced?
