I've recently been getting messages from the account GnrWd basically saying he has items I posted about for cheaper and that I should text him

Not an immediate red flag, but it does start to fit the m.o. of other recent scammers

Looking further at the account, it was just created this month and the 10 posts they have are just 1 word replies to get their post count up.

I'd bet money this is a scammer and wanted to warn others before they get taken for.

They are a scammer.

Received dm's from them offering to sell parts that I've been interested in (I had posted WTB in F90 M5 classifieds). Looked at their threads/responses and those are all meaningless.

Received a message from that scammer as well:

"Hey bud text me on here if you still interested i got some parts sitting in my garage from my old m5 that i can sell to you cheaper

Yeah he tried to text me as well about carbon engine bay covers saying that he has parts off his m5 he sold and he's about to get an M5, i suggest he works on his english.

I was looking at a downpipe in the F10 section, and later I get a random text that someone is selling some AMS Alpha downpipes I was looking at. When I asked for pictures, or something as simple as picture of the product (they sent me some stick picture) with a post-it note with the date and agreed price, they could not do it. The point is that I have been contacted more often than not these days.
