Beautiful car...Not going to ask why you would put down $30k on a lease but i am confused, did you put down $28k or $33k? you say both.

and is this an M5 or X5M competition?

What exhaust is that? are those just tips?

What lowering springs are those?

just a couple red flags...

Yeah the down-payment is weird lol not sure why he'd pit down that much but he's asking the buyer to basically give him back most of the down-payment.

As far as mods? Why do you care? He said it's going back to stock anyway lol

OP, whichever dealer you got that from, don't go back there again. You got HOSED. Sorry. Dont ever put that much money down on a lease.

Simply Because he doesn't list any yet those are just the ones visible. And he lists the wrong sticker which should show options. Details matter. Just said they're red flags. Many don't do mods such as this without tuning. And if it's only springs and exhaust tips that why not just say that.

Hello, sorry for the confusion. I was interested in a X5M had both window stickers saved on my phone posted it by accident. Car does currently have a few mods which include JRZ adjustable coilover kit, Full Eisenmann exhaust system.

Anybody that puts that much down on a lease is crazy. And that's an effective payment of $1802 which might be the worst I have seen for a non competition model. Horrible deal all around.

This is a tricky situation, the M5 Basics are not selling for premiums now. Also, a cautionary tale to all potential shoppers, when you are shopping for a lease it's always a good idea to have someone else look at the numbers you are being offered on a deal. You can want a car so much, that you proceed on a deal that is not favorable to you.

The original post says he put down 37k actually. It's been edited out of the main post but is quoted below. Maybe he really wanted 666 payment?
