Downpipe install help!
Hello all I am in the process of changing my turbos and while doing it I wanted to put in some catless downpipes. I am having a problem with the downpipes as I can not get them to line up. I have one bolted in the the other I cannot seem to get to line up?

Take out the bracket holding the midpipes then pry the midpipe closer to the downpipe. May be easier with another person. I just installed mine yesterday

Watched the video. I believe my problem of not being able to fit this downpipe is because I still have the cat back bracket installed as meekz said. Will take this off tomorrow and reattempt to install them. Hopefully this helps. But won't moving the mid pipes give me trouble when trying to reinstall the bracket?

There's enough play in that part of the exhaust system that it shouldn't be a problem.

I will loosen the bracket tomorrow and try. Do I needs unbolt the one downpipe I already have in place? Or will I be able to just pull back the one mid pipe and line it up?

First, toss the cat bracket in the garbage. Then loosen and remove the midpipe support and loosen the bolts on the one downpipe you already did. All nuts and bolts should be loose until you have it all together in place. Only the O2 sensors should be tightened down beforehand. This allows you to clock the DPs correctly to make sure they line up with the mids and don't hit anything. Once it all looks good go back and torque it all down.

Loosen the v-band, rotate the long pipe so the flange is sitting about 1/4" away from the other flange, then bolt the v-band. You made the mistake of bolting the v-bands first rather than loosely fitting them to the mid pipes.
