Anyone from Colorado?

I've got my 3 yr service scheduled next week. I made appointments at Schomp in Denver AND Winslow in Colo Spgs.
Any good or bad experiences with either?

Winslow was a bad experience for my wife. I was out of town and my car needed some work, the SA three different times attempted to charge more for parts. He ended up fixing it and we paid the correct amount... he just kept "forgetting" to make the adjustment. This was a little over a year ago. That was our one and only experience. We have since moved so other dealers would not be applicable to you.

I went with Winslow. Everything went great, until,....no spark plugs available.
They blamed it on storm-delsyed deliveries.
In any case, I brought the car home & will have to go back again to get the service completed once the plugs arrive.
This is the second local dealer I've tried. I haven't had a good experience yet.

I bought and take my car to Winslow, so far so good. The shop foreman Bryan had been very professional and responsive, I have texted him directly before bringing my car in. He himself is an enthusiast, showed me his V8 M3 that he supercharged.

Their resale team tried to low ball me on my trade in, which is expected. But the actual salesman was pretty direct and to the point, with no hassle. As promised they got me an allocation, on a non-standard build, for MSRP, car came 6 month later as promised. When Schomp and other Denver dealers either lied about allocations, didn't have any, had ridiculous wait times and wanted 5-10k over MSRP. At my request he even threw in all weather rubber mats for free.

Thanks TF. I'm afraid they all have their skeletons in the closet.

Yea you can't get away with it. I just wanted to make a point that I had good experience with two individuals mentioned, I can't speak for anyone else over there but so far I feel safe bringing my car there for service and I'll will most likely go back to the same salesman if he still works there for future business.

For me the experience had been night and day from the Mercedes dealership, it came to a shouting match there at one point.

Surprisingly enough as rumors have it, the best customer service I've ever had is at the Lexus dealer, and this is with me bringing a 30k vehicle that I bought used. Ironically they're right across the street from the Mercedes dealer, where i had the worst customer service bringing in 100k E63S.
