The older you get Trev the less noise you want, mine is fine as is.

I’m with Trevor on this one, I don’t need a screaming straight piped V8 anymore, and I live in a small town where the cops are bored, but I definitely want to hear that V8 regardless lol.

The market has shifted as the current f90 was developed in 2013-2017.....

Markets and tech have changed. A 48-volt system fixes a few issues as well as the newer hybrid tech.

Again a hybrid v8 is coming if rumors are correct.

Now is a plug in hybrid the best option in all markets... no... in South and Central American, Africa, Russia..its an ICE motor.

An 5 million Ev's would be a horrible choice in NYC...

Not all hybrids are plug in either. So, only thing we can do is wait and see.

However, I think a plug in hybrid that runs off e fuel would be the best option or hydrogen long-term.

I do agree with you Doc on many points!
I also think some type of hydrogen is most likely the future.
Also, phevs don't need to be plugged in. They will charge from the ice like a Toyota.
They just give the option and convenience of plugging in due to the usually larger batter and range and have become popular due to tax advantages and while waiting for the non-tesla Infra to be built.
Until then, I keep on enjoying my F90Comp.
I feel very lucky to be able to own what looks like one of the last great ice only super saloons
