I don't think the fine print is law, but maybe it depends on the dealership or BMWFS. I picked up my ZCP M4 on one of these offers. The fine print listed a $73k MSRP, my car was $80k, but the payments were the same.

Check out a dealer and see what happens. Worst case scenario is they tell you no or ask for a larger down payment. I saw an M5 at my local dealer, I fell in love, going for a test drive next.
