My understanding is the E63S can - but I haven’t heard of anyone saying the F90 has that ability. It would certainly come in handy - plus the car does short shift 1-2 - which I guess the Tuners believe is beneficial.

DCT’s can be adjustable like the Turbo S , F10, AMG, etc. F90 has a torque converter and is limited to the 2800-3000 stall.

That still did not answer my question, and or comment, lol
Edit: my point was if you want to do a side by side comp vs non- comp for giggles for the forum.

Absolutely! I am at Cayuga often...and there is another event in October...for me - I want to wait for some cool weather now and try for that 10.8 or better...

Have you run your car yet? If so - do you mind posting your slips? I'm interested to see what the differences, if any, are...

Cheers!

It was a brand new car...2018 I believe...I can find out. I think 991.2 started in 2017?

2017 was the year they upgraded the turbos. Makes sense that it was 0.10 and 1 mph better. Before mods, my ET was equal to a local 2016. So glad I did not buy a 991.2 instead of the F90. F90’s are overachievers.

I did not see my LC hit 2500 RPM much less 3000. It seemed to be just under 2500 - 2300-2400...I even held it for a few seconds as you suggested...Do you see yours at 2800-3000?

I added this to the beginning as well...

2019 Corvette C7 Z06 - manual - it was hot, prep was okay - he's on stock tires - and he just got the car. Great guy. It was trippy as I have the same (2015) car - mine is modified now - but I wondered how they would compare. Amazing that a luxury GT can not just keep up with these cars...

On the tach and on many logs. 2800rpm 80% of the time. 3000 20% of the time. Cant explain the delta.

To give some more comparison to where these cars are at today...this is my GTR from many moons ago on my first tune - pre-builds...and it is almost exactly what I am doing today with the F90 M5 Comp - which is crazy...

Hey, no I did the actual road circuit (track), I wanted to see how the heavyweight handled, And I can say I was fairly impressed.
1/4 start at 5 pm, but I was done by 1:30. I wish they would just leave the 1/4 open during the day. Not these test tune events.

Let me know if you do. Did you want to have your car featured I a professional video review?

My car is still too new - as a back up we may wait until October - but if you were interested - that would be awesome...

Here’s the last review/comparison.
