Car does have 4K miles.

Had to pull the trigger on this one. Fully loaded without ccb. There isn't another 2018 with this color combo around.
That is a good deal. M5 demo...Nice perk of being the GM or owner
I assume you made sure they didnt skip the 1200 mile service?
1200 mile service is just oil change which I'll do myself. Have to double check and see if there's differential fluid change at 1200 service though. I think the numbers should be on a brand new car not a demo. But the color combo is what sold me.

The 1200 mile service does include the dif fluid, some dealers have told people differently, but it is suppose to include it.

That is a great color combo, I love the silverstone interior.

Your imola red is sexy too! You beat me to it on the same day. I was on the phone with them for about 2-3 days on your car haha. You definitely got better numbers than I negotiated

It helps that I just moved 5 miles from them.

Now if we only lived in a state with no tax. I asked them BMW's stance on the Montana registration and they will do it as long as you have a Montana drivers license.

Did you end up buying in NY or NJ? there is a dealer in NJ that was doing 13% off, but its an all black car and I'm not a fan of black interiors. - If anyone wants an all black car BMW of MT Laurel was willing to deal.

I got mine from Pa. main line Bmw

I was originally going to close on a black on black base. End up walking away from that shitty deal.

Avoid Open Road BMW in Edison if you live in central New Jersey
They gave me a over $2k/month for 100.5k base model
also they tried to trade-in as low as $20k than other dealers for my current car
I had 7 bmws in 15 years. But I have never seen a dealer like this

2019 BMW M5 Competition Singapore Gray 36m/12k (Midwest)

MSRP: 126965
Discount: 10,000
Cap: 116965
Gross Cap: 118085 (+925 Acq & 195 Doc)
MF: .00182 (Base)
MSD: None
Residual: 50%
Sales Tax: 7%

Lease Payment: 1976.49 (Includes tax)
Drive off: 2797.84 (License fees and first month)

It took about 5 emails back and forth to get there. The sales rep passed me to the new car manager. The second response I got from the new car manager was him accepting my deal. He also purchased my 2015 m5c (44k miles). I was working with 3
dealerships at the same time & I saw somewhere (lurking here, edmunds forums, or leasehackr) that a guy got 7% off on an M5 so I shot an email to everyone asking for 8% and base mf. The other two called me a few times trying to discuss, but this one shot me an email back like 20 minutes later saying he would do it.

Overall a really positive experience. Took about 1.5 hours at the dealership. Inspection on my car took about 3 minutes. I ended up in line for the finance dept which took about 45 minutes. The BMW Genius showed me some of the new things on the 2019. Fun fact, the 2019 M5C will set off a 535 alarm when the engine is revved.

7.8% off an M5C!? Wow, that is great!
Thank you for sharing your details. So now I can arm myself with some real numbers and field data to do my own battle with the stealers now

and Congrats on your new M5C. There can't be a classier color for M5 than Singapore Gray.

Wow, this is great news and congrats! I’m thinking I can probably get at least 2 or 3k more off the top now that I have this newly acquired extra confidence boost from viewing these numbers! Has anyone been successful at all in obtaining a loyalty credit to put toward an F90 M5Comp? Any thoughts as to what December specials BMW may offer on their top tier M5 Comp models? I’ve been able to stall this long and will continue to do so in order to take delivery in December for this reason alone. Hopefully someone can shed some light on whether I’m wasting my time or holding out for something good??? Thanks dudes...

Thanks!

Here is the last deal sheet they gave me. Once they sent over the actual lease with the taxes for my state worked in it came out to $1976.49.

PM me for info on the dealer if you are interested (or let me know if I can post it on the forum). They are midwest based and have a couple more on the lot.

Is this deal "sale" price below invoice and if so how much below invoice?

I never asked the dealership for the invoice price. Edmunds shows invoice is price $116,390, but they added on 2400 in extras at the dealership which I couldn't add to edmunds (carbon fiber skirts and spoiler).

Saw a post on the homepage about CS residuals reaching par with the base models in November. Could this spell a similar move for the M5 competition residuals in December?

Pretty sure M5C residuals are the same as Base M5...problem is MY2019 residuals are lower than MY2018.

Money factory was not great as I knew they would not give me elite as I just put 50k+ on 0% credit cards for a home remodel, Elite could have saved me $50 alone.

Imola red/caramel combo. - This is key as they could not find a buyer for this car in my area. If this was a typical color combo I would have never gotten this deal. In fact i think someone else posted a quote for this car around $1,200 some time back. - They just went a little further this time and bought me out of my M4

I shot them an email and made them a very low offer, their sales manager called me back and wanted to know how serious I was. Once I went into the dealer and was ready to buy that day they went as far as they could to move the car.

Please PM me the dealer's info.

and congrats, that's a great deal and I bet it looks sick with that spec.
