Hey Guys,

Was wondering if anyone could advise what sort of figure they paid or have been quoted for their first service after their RIS please?

I have been quoted £515. Is this about right please?

Its an April 2021 registered car but was built in February 2021.

So even though I'm only on 6,500 miles, its service time in February 2023.

My car is an Aventurine Red II with Smoked White Leather car. Got it new from BMW North Oxford.

It's my daily beater and I'm in Central London. :

My local dealership! Awesome colour, btw--and you don't see many of them (like F90s period, for that matter) around.

Anyway, yes: I think that quote sounds about right, assuming you haven't started up an EMAC service plan which would include at least one oil service/filter change depending on its duration.

Thanks for the info re 1st service post RIS.

I don't have any service pack that I purchased when I ordered and considering I'm doing circa 4K miles per annum, looking at the current offerings it doesn't seem to stack up for me.

Thanks, it's a different type of colour than I usually go for but seems to work well.

North Oxford are in the business of deal making which is always good. Had a G11 740i previous to the this M5 and both deals were the best in the UK that I could find anyway.

North Oxford are simply outstanding when it comes to service care too--seasonal health checks are scrupulous and they brought all their expertise to bear on an exploratory investigation to sort a deflating tire/valve seal malfunction while replacing my four Michelins this month--so it might be worth having a chat with them about your needs going forward.
