coupe headlights gone bad!
about a year ago i got the inside of my headlights done black. The guy did an amazing job. Yesturday i noticed that there are small particles on the headlight cover from the inside. im not sure where they came from but they are on both of the headlight lens from the inside. is there an easy way of removing that lens to clean it and put it back? or does the headlight seal have to be broken again? it just looks retarded with all that particle on the lens. I need that professional advice right now! Thanks

Well you could try to use compressed air, but I have a feeling that'll just make the problem worse by blowing in more air. Since you have coupe headlights, they're quite easy to bake open.
How big are the particles? Are we talking dust or sanding residue? |

This is why I will never ever do my headlights again. I had a nightmare on my 328 coupe back when with a completely shitty installer and OSS, and it was far worse than yours I can promise you (involving water and a blown ballast, auto adjust module, and xenon.)
Never again. Thankfully my 2011 335 convertible has those beautiful white LED rings |

particles
i tried compressed air and a strong vacuum but it did nothing. the particles are like stuck on the lens. im assuming since the projectors give heat the particles got attached to the lens over times. its only visible from a feet away. anything more then 5ft you dont see it unless you know its there obviously you will see it in that case. the guy did a nice job its just i think he forgot to make sure the inside of the lens is 100% clean before putting the headlight back together.
