Best option for one rim to use as spare

So I have one leftover front tire for my 20" rims. Long story, but discount damaged a tire during a repair and ended up replacing it along with another front tire. So I'm thinking to use it as a spare tire on my upcoming road trip. But I need a rim.

Rather than buy a new OEM 20", any inexpensive suggestions for one rim?

Also, thoughts on potentially using a front tire size on the rear in the event I have a blowout on the rear? The diameter difference isn't much. 27.6" vs 27.9". Would it even fit?
