I was fortunate that they had another comp with same y-spoke wheel that had Michelins so it was a easy swap. I think it would of been harder to swap out if they had to take new tire off rack to switch. At the end of the day dealers will usually do whatever it takes to make you happy as long as you're a nice about it.
