I want to go with 21" wheels but stick with the PS4S tires, rather than go back to PSS's.

That means I'll probably stick with a 275 tire on the front (same as OE width), but go to a wider 295 on the rear (given there is no 285/30/21 size for the PS4S).

Does this present any issues for the 4WD system etc? Since I've gone one size wider at the rear but stuck with OE at the front, and the diameter of the new tire combination is a slightly bigger difference between front and rear?

Anyone upgraded to the below sizes and have any feedback?

F:
21 x 9.5
275-30-21 Michelin PS4S

R:
21 x 11
295-30-21 Michelin PS4S

This will not present any issues for you. Moving from the 285 to 295 will only be a height difference of 0.88%. The general rule of thumb is that you should stay within +/- 2% difference from the OEM overall rolling diameter so in this case you're completely fine.

We own an F90 M5 and know the fitments very well so if you ever need to lean on me with more questions like this feel free to PM or email me.

What is the best -offset/tire set up I can get away with for the most concave look? My F90 is running the KW HAS kit with front on lowest setting and rear is 10mm from lowest setting.

Please PM me pricing for 21x10 + 21x11 thank you!

What widths did you order for the wheels? I can give a quick estimate on what the S104's weigh. The stock wheels are complete anchors. I know those are in the upper 20's or 30's.

P101's weigh approximately 20.8 lbs for the front and 22.2 lbs for the rear. The S101's weigh approximately 2 lbs more per wheel.

Yes we do. Admittedly the car would have benefited visually with a bit of a drop (H&R springs) but the customer wanted to maintain the smooth ride comfort. For those that don't mind chunky tires though this is the perfect set for max wheel performance on this platform.
