Best I could get today. I might need to add 1-2 more gallons of e85 on my next fill.

I think you need a half tank of good 93 (which is about 10.1 gallons if you count the reserve tank) + 3.75 gallons of e85 to blend to e30

Also what happened later in the run with the drop off and spike in acceleration ? Did you red line or did car experience knock ?

Last time I filled up car had 1 gallon left. Both gas 93 and e85 are good Quality. I put in 12 gallons gas and 6.5 e85.

I see so too much is bad?

I think there is some wiggle room in the tune. I think I heard upward of E40 and your good. I'll need to confirm this with BM3. I sent them my logs and they said it looks strong. I did switch up my gas from Shell to Sunoco. Only because Sunoco near my house has e85. Only Sunoco has e85 around me there are no Shells near me that have it. I don't want to get in the game of filling at both stations that just a pain the ass. I use to switch between shell and Sunoco and shell just felt stronger on the stock car.

It's funny because Sunoco felt so much stronger on my car then shell lol

Either way I would have expected <6.3 on your setup

Stage 2 e30 w evolution Racewerks ?

I have a similar setup w DME and was able to put 6.4 down on the 93 file in 70 degree weather

Tune might get stronger w time

But i definitely think you should be able to get into the very low 6s, ie. 6.0-6.3 range w e30 stage 2

Yup Stage 2 e30 with ER. I'm old school this is my first time playing with e85. Let's see I had to fill up today. Maybe the car needed a few cycles along with adapting.

Get a run without the issues you had on the last one and you are going to see great times that misshiff probably cost you half a second

Confirmed with BM3 your fine to run e30-e40.

Its amazing how much this car has woken up after this little investment in mods. If you don't mind the smell I think full DP's and the Comp exhaust might be as close to perfect as it can get. Anyone wondering the smell is def there but it's not too bad. Getting the sound right on a TT v8 is not the easiest thing to do. I wasn't in love with the Comp Exhaust before DP's and thought it was kind of a dud. It does a really nice job of keeping the extra nose from the catless DP's under control. I would still love to hear a Remus but it might just be a little too loud for where I am in life...

Long ass video. But If your have 45min it's pretty informative about shell gas. Looks like it's the preferred gas of BMW.
