TPMS question....re: Foxwell NT680pro

Hey, just a question for this very knowledgeable forum.

I just bought a Foxwell NT680Pro as the "BMW/MINI" one I bought when I got my M5 is FUBAR (they dropped the product and you can't get updates AND it never covered 2018 cars....bastards). Anyway I broke down and bought the more comprehensive unit.

The question I have is can the NT680PRO SCAN TPMS sensors? I know they have the specific unit T1000 that is specifically for that, but I hate to have to buy that also. Foxwell's website shows TPMS system as one of the features but I don't know if the thing has the receiver to be able to actually scan the sensor in the tire.

My kids CIVIC snow tires have sensors but my oldest never researched this and just ignored the TMPS warning all winter. As it turns out, you need to program the friggen sensors to the car. Not the case with the M5 fortunately. (unless my dealer did it and never told me? as I got the snows mounted at the dealer when I bought them).

My middle son is driving the car now and as I am still copilot for the next few months, I'd like the TPMS to be functioning correctly.

Of course I will have my own answer tomorrow when the thing arrives, but I can't wait.... LOL

Thank you,

Mike
