cold weather package question

I have a 325i with the cold, premieum, and sport packages.
I know the cold package comes with the fold down rear seats, heated seats, and headlight washers. I know I have the first two, but dont know if i have the washers for the headlights. how do you turn it on? is there a special switch for it or something? thanks guys.

it's activated when you pull the windshield wipers long enough.

i don't think you have to run the washers "long enough"... i've noticed it whenever i run the washers.

It looks like a "puff" coming from the headlights about half a second after the main sprayers stop.

It's activated every few times you use the windshield washers (not every time). If you have a little raised square on the front bumper in front of each headlight pair then you have them.

The headlight washer system activates when the lights are on, and only every 3 times* (* my assumption so far). However, if you haven't used the windsheild washer in over a week, the headlight washer will activate the first time...

If you use the headlight washer 7 times a day, the headlamp washer will only activate 2ce

i tried it last night. 3 times. the headlight washer activated each time. in the interest of full disclosure, I did have the jets replaced a few weeks ago because one was failing to retract. maybe it's a result of that, but i seem to remember the same behavior before the replacement.

In my Saab 9-5 the car is clever enough to stop washing the headlights once the low washer fluid level warning is on, put some more water in and the headlights get washed again. I don't know if my new e90 will do that too.
