Side Grills with Carbon Fiber Replaement

I just ordered a pair Carbon Fibre Side Grills (51-71-2-447-093) from “BMW Parts Now” for just under $300 (shipping included) and I’ve searched the forum for install tips — nada!

So, for those of you that have done it, I could really use some more info.

FYI - I did find a single “How-To” on YouTube, but it was very short and I’d like to have more up-to-date info.

Thanks guys, I’m sure you will help out - you always do. That’s what the forum was intended to be, a place to share knowledge and experiences.

The IND Distribution website has lots of good DIY. Click on the product and it often has an install video.

Congrats! I installed mine about a month ago. Super easy, probably a 5 minute job. You do need to buy plastic prying tools, you can find those in amazon. IND does have an easy to follow video in YouTube. Also, I documented mine in a post @frozen.f90m5

Thanks so much guys!!! I did find the IND video on YTube last. Night. I just wanted to make sure that I’m not going to screw it up.

Once i get the two items and install Them, I’ll share a pic as well.
