My car normally idles at 3500. Is that normal?

Right now mine goes up to aboout 1100-1200 RPM and drops to 600 RPM at around 60-70 degrees weather after being parked for hours. Is that normal? I'm asking because I had really rough idles but now it seems to be normal. But just want to make sure.

Sits around 1500 for a bit, then 1000, then settles at 600.

I also want to know if this is normal. It drops from 1,000 to 600 after about 1 min. Thanks |

This, completely. Idles at 650 when the AC is on after warming up.
Normal.

Less than 1,500 during an overnight cold start. 600 once driven. Pretty precise.
