Just got my car back... Light stay on??

I just got my car back from the dealer (airbag warning light came on). Now when the lights are in auto and i turn off the car the lights parking lights stay on untill i lock the car.. they use to turn off when i opened the door. Why did this happen?

I mean i dont care.. but i just want to know what they did and i am to lazy to call...

my lights stay lit until i lock the car also. i like it this way, it may be bc of software update.

Same here.. It's been that way since I bought the car (built in Sept). The other way to shut everything off is to hit the start button a second time (without touching the clutch or brake). This will shut the radio off also.

The lights will shutoff on their own after I think its 30 secs (?)

OO...I wish my parking lights would stay on until I locked the car. At the moment, mine also turn off when I open the door.

At the moment I have DRL's turned on, and when I switch the car off the headlights turn off but the parking lights stay on until I open the door.

Seems like with some people their lights turn off when the car is locked, and some have the lights turn off when the door is opened.

Maybe a country specific software spec??
