2019 M5 Comp with Eisenmann Performance Exhaust

Just had the Eisenmann performance exhaust installed today with non-resonated midpipes. Resulted in a slightly more "throaty" sound and probably about ~15-20% more volume.

Attached are before and after pics, as well as youtube links to before and after videos (both made in sport + with valves open).

Yeah I think the change in the sound characteristics is pretty subtle. It is a decent amount louder, though...but that doesn't project well on videos (this made it difficult to determine which system I wanted, to be honest. They all sounded the same to me on videos unless the downpipes were also replaced and cats deleted).

I was also torn between the race version of this system (no valve control) or the performance version. I went with the performance since I live in a quiet neighborhood and will one day likely replace the downpipes...

I've realized all exhausts sound good on the F90 while revving in idle. Once you get moving unless you have straight pipes and no cats it's pretty quiet once you shut off ASD. Once i get rid of the resonator i have straight pipes back from the primaries and I'll still wish it was louder

Ha I always want it louder, but I also need the ability to have it be fairly quiet to respect my neighbors...and family lol

One thing I noticed while driving is the "pops" sound further away from the driver seat than the stock system. And they are definitely louder when standing outside the car...kinda weird.

I like the tone of this one . I just wish the exhaust tips would be slightly bigger, seems like they get lost in that bumper
