M5C with stock exhaust looking for Alt

Hey Guys/Gals,

I recently picked up an M5C and looking to upgrade the exhaust system, but honestly I don't know where to start. Looking for something louder but not obnoxiously loud. I hear an axleback system will do the trick. Any advice would be appreciated.

Axle back and full cat-back on a comp won't be that much difference.
It will be more throaty.

If you just want to have nicer sound, I would do axle back.

I just put on secondary downpipes with a stock M5c catback and it's perfect for me. Definite sound change and increase from outside the car, still almost silent inside the car, no rasp, no smell, no CEL, almost free at $1000 installed.

Can always add an exhaust later as well.
