you can always use a lower tune than your fuels octane rating.
But, for stage 2 it's pretty important to have DP's

Does this mean catless DP's? I have the evolution high flow which are catless uppers. I am thinking that these are fine.

I don't have DP's yet but I just loaded Stage 1. My short initial driving impressions are very positive. The extra power is def there and the power is so smooth. I'll get you guys some dragy numbers when time permits. This tune release, three little boys and this BS coronavirus couldn't have come at a more shity time.

you can run catless downpipes even with stage 1 because you can choose to turn off the cat CEL in a separate options page from the actual tune.

stage 2 just turns up the boost a bit more from stage 1 is my "guess."

I have been running stage 1 with catless secondaries since last weekend and now I have purchased the license pack for the other tunes (E30, Stage 2, and each with an aggressive burble option) and have catless primaries on the way as well. Already loaded Stage 2, which will be fine for a week until the primaries are installed. You just don't want to hammer on the car around a road course on Stage 2 with stock cats or you will run into issues.

If you dont have Dowpipes stick with STG1 maps and for 100RON yes 98RON map will run even better!

Just loaded the stage 2 e30 map. Ran it a bit and did some logging. Nice and smooth delivery so far. Will play with it this weekend.

Compared to what I've been running (ecu flash plus additional boost via jb4), no it does not feel fast. I'll reserve final judgment for a bit though!

Will a 91 stage 2 octane be available as well?

EDIT: is cold start delete also an option currently, and if you have catless downpipes and secondary downpipes can you use the cold start delete without damaging them? I've read stories about people damaging their cats with the cold start delete and wanted to clarify what they meant?

there is a stage 1 and 2 91 octane tune available already.

cold start delete is a selectable option.
