Pink shows up instead of bronze... am I missing something? The car was not coded to add, remove, change colors.

Bronze is the color to set to when you want an ambient color coded through BimmerCode as a custom selected color. So, a previous owner set their desired color to pink, and when switched to bronze, displays the modified value of pink.

As an example, mine is set to red. In order to get the color to be red (which I also modified in BimmerCode), I have to select bronze in iDrive.

Interesting. Would it be possible to code the cluster as orange like the ac controls?

I am first owner. And you are 100% right. While using bimmercode to code other stuff I hit that by accident. I just coded the car cor again to display something different and worked. Thanks so much.

You’re welcome! Glad it’s working.

My apologies for assuming that you were not the first owner. It was merely based on the fact that your car is an ‘18 MY and your recent join date on BP.

Not with BimmerCode (unless there is an expert mode setting for this, but I doubt it).
