Those monthly payments look a little high to me. I used a broker on LeaseHckr's and closed my deal out in 3 days but did have the car I wanted shipped from NJ. VA and MD (I'm in MD and work in Arlington) suck for leasing cars as tax is levied up front on the selling price.

Here's LeaseHackr calculator for the M5 I took possession of a few weeks ago: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=121785. 00&sales_price=109607&months=36&mf=.00137&dp=0&dea ler_fee=599&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=0& rebate=0&resP=57&reg_fee=500&sales_tax=6&demo_mile age=0&memo=%20&acqFee_check=true&salesPriceTax_rad io=true

I plugged your numbers into the LH calc and seems like you could do quite a bit better on the monthly payment and this doesn't include any BMW loyalty incentives as I'm not sure if you qualify: leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=12000&msd=0&msrp=117000& sales_price=102500&months=36&mf=.00137&dp=0&dealer _fee=599&acq_fee=925&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=0&reb ate=0&resP=57&reg_fee=500&sales_tax=4.15&demo_mile age=0&memo=%20&acqFee_check=true&salesPriceTax_rad io=true

I highly recommend the broker discountsales2020 on LeaseHackr.com. He already has the relationships with numerous dealerships and takes all the headache out of the process. Good luck!!

The discounts look strong considering there is no current incentives for lease on the '20's, however like said above the payments seem to be high. Do you have breakdown of the lease specifically the money factor? Chances are they bumped the money factor by 40 points maximum

I'm not the best to answer this, which is why I used a broker.
