Check out the username on the message. Its not from the OP.
That’s the scam, someone comments they want to buy something, then a scammer not the OPs username in this case send a PM saying yes available call or email me.

So it can have nothing to do with the OP at all and if you are not paying attention to who is messaging you then you get scammed
