Kevin_The_Clean1 ARMYm3 I have been in contact with a local 3D scanning/engineering business and got a quote for a 3D scan and designing a 3D CAD model for 3D printing. I’d ideally like to go in on the costs with someone/group of people who are also interested in the Pre LCI.

How much for your team to run this project/ development for pre-lci X3Ms?

I actually own a plastic manufacturing company and recently purchased a pre-lci. If there is a high enough demand I would definitely like to make these for both myself and you guys aswell.

That's a bummer & sorry to hear that. We appreciate the update though.

And don't be sorry. Most projects can't be started unless it's projected to be profitable.

Around $2,300 for scanning and creating the file plus whatever manufacturing cost comes out to per grille.

If anyone has an extra set they wouldn't mind sending me please send me a private message. I will send them back once completed. My machines are most likely not large enough to produce the LCI grills, but individual pre-lci grills are doable.
Majority of the cost boils down to how they are produced, not so much scanning and modeling.

We are 3dreloaded and Reloaded manufacturing. Fully licensed and insured in Maine and New York. We mainly produce parts for ammunition reloading but we also do rapid prototyping and design work.
