Just had my 1500s installed yesterday. IF bite is “less” it’s certainly not by much that I can personally tell but as they say, “results may vary.” No complaints here at all. Looking forward to cleaning the wheels now and testing that sustainability! $250 install (with new sensors) at local shop 1.5 hrs give or take.

Does anyone here have the IS2000? Do you recommend over stock?

I have the iS2000 for about 10K miles now.
The only reason I’d recommend them over stock is they do cut down brake dust by about 70%.

Before I would report this number to be about 90%, but with enough miles with these pads, it’s more like 70%.

There is zero brake squeal - this has been eliminated completely.

Bite and overall braking power is just like stock.

Hope this helps.

Yes this is very helpful thank you!! Exactly what I’m looking for. Less dust but more importantly to me same bite and ZERO squeal.

Thanks!

Drag strip doesn't need crazy braking power. IS2000 would be good.

Having the 1500s on for nearly 1 month now, I can say it was definitely one of if not, THE best mod I’ve purchased by far! I’m really amazed at the lack of brake dust. I never had a big problem with the OEM squeaks myself, but there is definitely none at all on these so far. If there’s any material compromise with these, I’m oblivious to it, but someone else with more experience or different behaviors could notice I’m sure. For me, and I’d wager, a lot of folks though, it’s a no brainer!

Excited to get these.

Do I just wait for the car to tell me when to change them or are people doing it at a specific mileage? I’m at about 13K miles.

Are the Isweep brake pads available for M2 G87? Reading that those brakes squeak and I’m not willing to buy one without a squeak-free brake option. Dealt with loud brakes on my 2020 M5 and drove me nuts.

Has anyone had success eliminating brake squeal on the G87 M2 with these ISweep brake pads? (Really hoping for a “yes”)

Personally, I wouldn’t wait until you “need” to change them. Each day without dust is. . .well, a day without dust

I changed at 11k but would likely put them on a brand new vehicle if I were to get one.

Yes I do have it.
It is same as G8x M3/M4.
It just currently sold out on the front, I should receive more in 2-3 weeks time.
Feel free to pre-order it.

How long do factory pads last normally? Let's say average driving no super hard braking. City stop and go and highway traffic. I'm looking to buy these pads to cut down on dust, just feel like the OEM pads will get wasted if they got a ton of life left. I have a 2022 with 13k miles on it.

Hard to say. Driving habit will play a factor too.
Based on what I have on my G05 X5 with iSweep IS2000 in 3 years 34k miles, it hasn't trigger the brake wear sensor yet.
