QQ - Folks running Jb4 and launching using LC, do you ever find the gearbox throws you up a gear unexpectedly? almost like the TCU is sensing too much torque or something??

It's pretty common, happens in my porsche as well. I think it's caused from spin more than torque though. Tires spin and RPM's ramp up and it thinks it's time to shift

Its wacky, doesnt ever happen when brake boosting, just LC. I'm in a 550i rather than an M5 but im glad im not alone with this issue.

Can just scrape a 10 with brake boost but the 60ft is crap.

I'm not sure this is a universally consistent rule however, I was once told every tenth off your 60 is doubled on the ET.

So you just need 3 hundredths from a better surface and you're there!

Once we connect the two additional plugs, hoping for pure race gas and some DR's with a 9 second slip. Mine is on the right. Ran against a Hellcat red eye.

I've never seen an M5 in the 9s with just a JB4 but I'll stay eagerly tuned.

I've done an 10.6 for sure. Can't remember trap.
Full bolt ons and tuned.

Using ms109 fuel 28 psi boost.

Also I'm sure I can do better. I have meth injection now. Haven't tracked it yet.
