My whole point is, BMW didn't re-invent the chassis just for the M5CS. They made subtle tweaks (and in some cases they had already made those tweaks on the M5C) to improve the car, but reading some of the comments you would think that they built a brand new chassis just for the CS.
You are correct, BMW didn't re-invented the chassis, but for some having an exclusive car is worth extra cash. As for myself, car only worth what I'm willing to pay for it.

Otherwise, bucket seats are awesome.
I am fat and they fit me extremely well. I've daily driven very uncomfortable cars so I guess I don't count.

I cannot begin to describe how significantly improved chassis and steering is on the M5CS.

The M5C LCI felt much more challenging in the following areas:
Rebound on road crest, steering (rubber band) elasticity, felt much more weight all around me (not limited to the from end like the F10 does), steering feedback, and weight transfer (from left to right) it didn't give me confidence that I was in control, felt like I was fighting it.

In the M5CS I can feel what the back end is doing, like I can tell where I am placing the rear half of the car on the road.

The M5 Competition is a great all around car, daily and sheer brutal power; but to actually appreciate the difference, you really have to drive them back to back.

Great job bmw.. just as I was losing faith in the brand, this car arrived just in time.

I haven't even pushed the car yet since I'm under break-in miles
Now we just need somebody to find a way to replicate this ok a M5 C so the “masses” can enjoy 90% of it and finally get feeling back into the car.
