Finally!

After 6+ months of waiting I finally took delivery of my 2021 Nardo Gray M5C at the Performance Center in SC. It was a long wait, but as many of you have said, it was worth it. PCD was a really great experience. Even my wife, who went in to it fairly ambivalent, is now ready to sign up for the 2 day M driving school. We took advantage of the time away to celebrate our 16th anniversary in Charleston for a few days then drove back home to FL. The only negative, I must have hit some debris on the highway coming home as there is 12" scrape on the left front carbon lip and a dime size chip in the paint on one of the wheels. I was initially gutted, but realized I can just order a replacement piece and have the wheel repaired. It's only money, right?!?!? A few cosmetic mods, and corresponding pictures, to come....

This is my dream car and I am proud to be a fellow owner!

Love Nardo, and love the car! Glad you enjoyed PCD, it was a fantastic experience for me too!

Sorry to hear about the damage, hopefully the cost is not to prohibitive. I am going to be looking to get some touch up paint for minor rock chips I had from my drive back.

Congrats! I’ve had wheels repaired before and they do great work now. The guy was a mobile service and came to my house.

Do you mind if I ask why the side girll does not say competition? Did you change it to the MP carbon side girll?

Thanks, all. Wheel was repaired ($75) and front lip replaced (~$750 part + install...ouch!). Also had to replace 3 windows as a result of a bad tint job that the tint shop paid for. Bad stretch of luck over the first month of ownership but I'm back to like-new condition and have re-kindled my love affair with the car. Also, @TimmyBHGM5 yes these are the M-Perf carbon fiber side grilles.
