Ceramic Coating (Chicago Area)

Can someone kindly recommend a reputable company; I’d like to get my car/wheels done. Thank you.

LUSTR Detail in Palatine did a great job for me and reading the reviews (which is how I picked them), many drive out from the city for the work. Here's a shot of mine post coating (and then a few weeks later after snow thawed)...

I had Frank Travaglio at Luminescent Detailing in Lake Zurich do my 2018 F90 as well as my wife's X5. He is located right next to IND Distribution. I can't say enough about what a great job he and his staff did.

I did it myself. Applied 2 layers of ceramic and one layer of top coat that's harder. Took me a day but I'm so particular that I don't trust any shops

I would look into Chicago Auto Pros. They are a Modesta dealer.

Go to a good shop with a good reputation and buy a branded product and it will be fine. Whatever you apply ceramic wise will protect you for 1-2 years. Modesta, IGL, Geyon, are all good
