Yes black is good mostly except for some friction ware

Buy better denim jeans. I wore denim jeans EVERY day in my ivory Napa leather 550; there was no color transfer, nor did I treat/clean the seats even once. Side note, I do have my jeans dry cleaned, not sure if somewhere in that process it “seals” color.

My wife and I only wear the likes of 7, etc., so it must be the dry cleaning!

Mine is holding up but next time I'm just going to go with all black. The two tone Cobra Commander look with the Silverstone tricked me into getting it!

Had a friend that enjoyed hanging around on his girlfriends white couch naked. One day she pleaded with him to please put a towel down first. LOL! That would certainly be worse than the blue jeans on silverstone or smoke white.

As I said before...I'm sticking with black seats...

I think new jeans, regardless of brand, will have some excess dye.

Am currently negotiating a deal to get into a M5 comp but problem is, the local dealership only has 1 unit left. Marina bay blue with silverstone interior. Deeply concerned about the silverstone interior holding up in the long term as i wear jeans almost everyday.

The next production allocation avail is aug/seo 19 and car to touch down nov/dec 19. Another option would be to get the non comp M5 with limited exterior colors and the avail interior colors are aragon brown and silverstone which i am not really interested in getting a non comp m5.

Should I wait for the aug/sep 19 production and get an interior color which is black but boring to me but durable or the silverstone which i do like but not hold out in the long term?

Tough decision and the wait is pretty darn long and i hate waiting!

You can't find an M5C on a dealer lot with a spec close to what you want? Plenty out there to be had.

I have the full Silverstone on mine. It's just over a year old now and as previously posted, jeans do turn the sides a tad blue. I have a bottle of Griots "Odor Neutralizing Leather Cleaner" in the garage. A quick spray on the high wear areas and the blue comes right out. The leather still looks exactly as new.

Super easy, takes about 10 seconds. I do it about once a week. I love the interior and find that this small amount of maintenance is well worth it.

I have had opal white in my 6 series and maybe best description it to take a parallel with black car...its beauty when its clean, but after 10 minutes its dirty...not only that you notice jeans, but black leather leaves marks as well..when my wife put some body cream on her long legs,i have had marks all over the seat...so i decided to go with aragorn..no regrets..amazing color.

How is your leather holding up? Any regrets?

I got it for the price of USD394,277.00. That's the way cars are priced in singapore. No choice.

I love my full silverstone interior, it is a beautiful contrast to the MBB.
Cquartz the seats and forget about it.
