2022 M5C stuck in QC over a month

I ordered my car in the early October, and my car was assigned a building week 46. Actually, my car went into production in the early November and entered the QC in Nov.9. However, after that, no further updates. I asked my dealers and BMW Genius. They all did not have new updates, and they said there were no issues, delays, changes, and recalls for my car. Before I ordered my car, I wanted it to be my Christmas gift… SO I am wondering when I can receive my BMW?

Scroll down a little. We've all been dealing with this. There are threads that cover it with information on how to look up the status. Mine sat in QC and then at Port for over a month on each status. Others the same. Ordered mine late June, receive it two weeks ago.

I ordered mine end of July and it’s on a boat as we speak. It has an open issue for the missing audio module (RAM) so I have no idea how long it will be at the port once it gets to the States. I’m not anticipating a Christmas delivery 😩

Congrats bro! I assumed you can get the car by the Christmas. My dealer said if it's on the boat, it's just about 10 days to arrive the states.

I am also curious because dealers said there were no delays or recalls for my car, if that is possible that my car got lost in the factory? Or I continually tried to search the production status for my car which cause the system collapse?

After my car entered the QC on Nov.9, the estimated finished production date was Nov.10. However, there were no updates after the QC. If it is possible that my car had already in the port but the system forgot to record that? Hahaha

Yeah man my car has been in quality check since October , I am suppose to have my car by now 🙁 but hopefully by next month. My car was Ordered in late July.

Finally moved! Does anyone know how long it will take from here to the dealership?

I would guess 2-3 weeks after leaving port.

My car was dispatched from factory on 11/16. It arrived at the US port on 12/11 and now it’s hung up at the port waiting for the audio module to be installed. I’m hoping I can get mine by mid Jan but who knows these days? Good luck!
