Is there a 7500 mile per year lease option on the M5 now at 60% residual? The dealership I am buying from says they don’t see it.

I'm in ontario canada
I was told 5% off MSRP off 2021 m5c.
Is that good?
Also is this a good time to pick up a 2020 instead?
I'm new to leasing. Usually buy.
What is a good lease deal for 2020 or 2021 m5c and in canada?

What about in USA?
Just for comparison
Also what are the savings for a 2020 vs a 2021 now?
Is there a big upside to get a 2020?

Thanks to Dan for getting me a great deal on my ordered '21 m5 comp that I took delivery of today.

Dan is always available to speak on the phone and tries his best to keep me in the loop in terms of progress.

The price we agreed to back in October is the deal I signed today, no surprises.

As a first time user of a lease broker I am happy and will definitely reach out again on my next car.

I just sent in rebate application this morning. The broker has no effect on the cca rebate.
Just needed to submit lease agreement and odometer disclosure.

May I ask why you don't want to lease again? My car is arriving at the end of the month and still deciding whether to purchase or lease. I usually do the former with my past cars but with the M5 being my first M car and with all the tech and performance, a bit worried about long term maintenance past the extended warranty. Even with the warranty, it's a pain to keep dropping it off at the dealer and being in a loaner. However, I read this might be the last gas engine on an M5 so would like this one to be a keeper. I'm torn...

You can always lease and then purchase at lease end. If you're happy with the car, you keep it and if you're not you return it.

I'm not too familiar with used car pricing but if you love the car, keep it?
Negotiate with BMW over the next few months to see if you can get a cheaper buyout?

Thanks @ofwiff!
This is an awesome build, and so glad you went with Brands Hatch over Black!

The carbon pieces look amazing!

Jan 21 program update:

Residual remains the same

Base MF is now .00086

Big change is that MSD reduction is now .00004 instead of .00005

Dan is awesome! I've never ordered a car through a broker before and was a little concerned in the beginning because the transaction was too smooth. I thought something has to go wrong, this is just too easy of a process. Long story short, 10 weeks from ordering my car finally arrived in NJ and got loaded on a trailer to bring to CA. Dan even helped me with coordinating the shipping. I will never purchase a car through a dealership again! Thank You Dan!

Thanks for this. I'm contemplating between M5C and M550i in a few facets, but on price, do you find you can get higher discounts on M5C's vs. M550i's? And therefore close the gap between M5C and M550i after it's all said and done? Thanks.

Looking at an M5C in individual color. Is Invoice plus incentives reasonable?

Very nice Donnington. I was considering the 863m wheel instead of the Y-spoke, but seeing this pictures I think I will stick with the Y-Spoke. The only question is should I go for the carbon fiber side skirts. The only other carbon on the car is the roof so not sure how it will match with the gloss black mirror caps and rear spoiler.
