I have confirmation from a dealer in Texas that the MF dropped to .00177. Quote below:

"That is correct. MF .00177 buy rate. We are waiting for our new programs to upload in our CRM and will email you over a new sales numbers over."

How to calculate by hand a lease payment in Texas?

I have spent a week trying to find a lease calculator (manual or automated) that properly takes into account the tax for the full price of the vehicle and the cash down payment. I have M5C quotes from numerous deanships with all of the details including cap costs, money factor and residual. I can't get any online calculation to come close to matching up with the monthly lease payments I am being quoted.
Does anyone out there have a spreadsheet or formula for calculating a lease payment in Texas?

Thank you!

It’s April and well you guessed it... time for release of BMW April Financial Program. I put in a text to my CA for update. If anyone gets the update sooner, please post!
I expect delivery of an order in July. So with that time frame in mind, there are 4 monthly updates (opportunities) that could make my deal sweeter!

No April Fools updates on those numbers fellas!
