Is there a g meter build into the m5?

I can confirm that post-lci does, but seems a bit gimmicky for normal road use.

Confirmed with LCI. Yes. In fact you can program the G-Meter on either left or right side of the M - mode tach set up.

You can also set it as a widget in your main screen pages

Use the "BC" button on the turn signal knob end. it'll pop up on either end of your m mode

Digging up this old thread to ask: is there a way to code a resettable max value for the meter (Like GM/Audi/etc do?). The hysteresis isn't very long so many times I can't see what I did.

I'm surprised iDrive 7 didn't implement this function.

What the mlaptimer was a thing the g-meter info was provided within the app. BMW really **** that one up
