Fuel level sensor

Guys any idea what part I need to order for fuel level sensor? Issue is suddenly my fuel gauge shows incorrect fuel level. It shows 20-22% less than what's in the tank. I called bmw they said it's possibly an old recall but it's closed. They can still warranty it but they will plug the car to ista which I don't want to due to tune. I rather get the part and get swapped on my own.

Please any advise I help will be appreciated.

Thank you

It’s the lpfp. If u use e85 pretty much once a year u will have to replace it. $300 labor and $600 part.

Lpfp have always been an issue with f90s. Your only choice is to get lpfp replaced. Tank level sensor is part of lpfp assembly. Thx
