Thank you sir! Can't wait to see what your next build is going to be.
Thanks! Was trying to go a classier route with things and ended up on Alpina's doorstep. Thank you as always! Have always loved Alpina's. It's just a bummer on what few Alpina's BMW lets come over here. I did mention them as my inspiration earlier in the thread as a hint. Technically though these are only 19 spokes, step lips, flat flange, 3 inch lip front, and 3.5 inch lip rear. HRE's stone finish silver face, high polish step lips, and satin black barrels. They are bolted to the car with project kics titanium lug bolts. Quote:

Caught a glimpse of you yesterday as you turned off Kamehameha Highway and I was waiting at the light. Wasn't really paying attention and was kind of zoning out so didn't notice until you were making the turn. Lol. Car looks good!

Thought maybe that was you. I normally keep an eye out for your YAS, but no more YAS so wasn't sure. Now I know.

Small update here. Had an alignment yesterday to dial in the fitment. The company next to the shop was closed so took the opportunity to take a few pics. Real photo shoot is scheduled for this weekend so hopefully you folks won't have to deal with my iPhone teaser pics for much longer.
Wheel Details: HRE Classic 309s - Stone silver face, high polish lips, satin black barrels 21 x 10.5 front, 3 inch step flat flange lip 21 x 11.5 rear, 3.5 inch step flat flange lip |

My thought process behind these were to use them to balance out the rear cf and help draw the eye down to the cf line on the 3D kit. The rear has the cf spoiler, cf lp frame, and the exposed diffuser. Front just had the kidney surrounds and small line of the 3D lip. Now when you look in person the eye goes from kidneys to the pizzas to the cf line. Something about having the pizzas closer to the cf line made the cf line easier for people to notice. They then can follow the line around the car and up the back to the cf spoiler and then the roof. Seems to be working from the in person feedback I got today from the customers at the shop and folks at the gas station on my way home. I do agree that in a pic kinda looks a little bit like something. 👍 |

Thank you sir! Sometimes I think maybe I put too much thought into this. Little details add up I suppose. 🤣
