I tried it today. It seems like it is held on pretty tight? Is it suppose to be like that? Can I just yank it up? How much strength do I need exactly. PM me with response. thanks

Anyone do this to their E93? Looks a lot different than the trunk on the E92 due to the top folding mechanism...

Excuse my ignorance, but it sounds like this vacuum valve basically opens up the second tailpipe when additional volumetric exhaust capacity is needed... is that right?

would also like to add, sent my car into the dealer today and i forgot to plug this back in. they were in my car and and checking out codes all day. they didnt say anything to me about it and it was left unpluged. so for anyone who is worried, dont be...
*it is possible they missed it, so dont hold me responsible... |

I wonder if this is true because that would explain why one of my tailpipes has way more carbon deposits than the other.

I didn't want the car to throw codes, so I ended up doing the 'BB' Mod. I used a 6mm BB from back in the day when I used to play Airsoft. I just unplugged the hose leading to the actuator and shoved the BB inside and re-plugged the hose. Definitely notice the sound difference, especially when driving in sport-mode.
