$1475-$1529 would be a great deal, that's between 13-14% off MSRP Plus the incentives which totals to about 16-17% in total.

I got 5.4% below msrp and before incentives. $115k msrp on comp pack 2020 model. Is that a good deal? Don't know if I am going to buy or lease, but I am just negotiating the purchase price of the car at the moment.

A good deal on a 2020 would be 9-10% off before incentives.

You should play very aggressive on a high sticker 2019, particularly if it has dealer/port installed addons. |

i think alot of people are getting caught up with the % off msrp. Another way it should be looked at is, "what is my payment going to be" your payment should be based off of what people are paying on the forums, pretty simple. A dealer can take off a huge % from msrp and still dick around and give you garbage lease numbers, so i'd focus on the monthly, (again, based off excellent deals posted in here) |

I just ran an example where 7 MSD would cost $7,948 up front and save $2,331 over the 3 years of the lease in "interest payments" Now I would assume everyone buying a M5 is in a higher tax bracket, so if you made 15% return on your $7,948 thats MAYBE $775/year after taxes ($1192 gain, 35% taxes). which means you would need to make 15% per year returns to equal the savings from MSD. Please tell me the name of the guy you use who gets you that on a consistent bases |

I run a few real estate investment funds / partnerships in which we utilize very low rate bank debt to leverage our COC returns, it's not abnormal to produce 50% IRR's and we have had numerous returns in the triple digits. Remember this is leveraged COC, a little bit more work than giving BMW $8k haha but I love it. |

On 2020 special order the best deal I've found is 10% off MSRP, $2,000 credit and then using the base residual and money factor fo 55% and .00128 this month. I think I'm going to go the 2020 route because my X5m isn't up for 2 months and I have another car to drive around if it takes longer than that for the M5 Comp to arrive. LMK if anyone has a better deal on ordering a 2020 please, if not I'm happy to share my dealer after we ink the deal, they have 1 more allocation right now. |

well, i'd rather put as little down as possible. I see no need to buy the rate down, if you find a good dealer willing to give you a bottom dollar price. |

Just pulled the trigger on a 2019 M5CP with the following #'s. It's not the best deal I've seen but I was happy with it. 11.4% off after rebates is pretty good in my book. I've seen people posting about 12% off before rebates, and damn that's a solid pull. I wasn't able to get close to that with the dealers I negotiated with.
MSRP: $123,335 Sale Price w/rebates: $109,315 $0 down (cap-cost reduction) 52% Residual MF: .00128 Monthly: $1586.65 at 15k/yr for 36 months |
