There is a good review of the Taycan in Episode 2 of Love of Cars on The Road with Tiff Needell from 8:45

Sod Greta, get a nice GT4 or used GT3 instead and a base Golf.
I'd rather be driving a Taycan 100% of the time than a Golf 50% of the time and a Cayman 50% of the time.

OP has done well, put himself into a very special vehicle specced to his requirements. A Porsche family car always needs a big option spend unless one wants to do without features that one is already accustomed to or feels that a car of that price tag ought to have.

If its financed as a company car there is a big difference between those options....

That's correct. It's on HP through my business. £30k down and £2k ish a month but don't have to give it back, fingers crossed it still has a decent value after this point.

The other thing with the options list (or so I'm told!) is that it works slightly differently with Porsche to other cars. The options don't have zero value as soon as you drive away, they continue to have a value. So I hope.

Read in Autocar yesterday that the Taycan had become the fastest selling luxury saloon, outselling the S-class, 7-series, etc.

I do think that business owners will be the majority of purchasers too.

Stunning. I wouldnt need to drive it to be blown away, just looking at it would have that effect!

The way it delivers its power is incredible.

The reversing camera is crap compared to my F32 though.

I must look out of the window 50 times a night just to make sure it's still there and I'm not dreaming.

Superb!

Gorgeous. I'd also be staring out the window. That's the start of the future there.

Agree with the other comments - looks absolutely pukka and really like both the exterior and interior colour. Tasteful but still with the wow factor.

Wow that looks awesome.

I had a look at one of dads which goes to my sons school.. what i find suprising is it isnt electric silent and still has road presence... unlike say a tesla or milk float!

Car insurance costs more if you put your car in the garage often, are you sure it would be safer?

It's generally quiet but if you have the optional Sports Sound then it sounds a bit like the Starship Enterprise both inside and outside. I turn it on every single time! Love it.
