In Europe what i can see for now they sell for list price ?

These prices are over list price in the US.
But in the US, which may be the same as the UK; bmw dealerships are not allowed to advertise prices over msrp online.
It's when call the dealership, that you will find out they are above sicker.
In addition- us car advertising sites pre-populate inventory cars even though they are already sold, therefore it's really difficult to determine if the car is actually available without calling the dealer to confirm.

For which price are the m5 cs sold in the market over list price outside bmw dealers?
50-75k over the list price is really a lot
I can’t believe the get that
In Germany they are listed for max 10-15k over list price.
Maybe in the future 6-12months prices will raise because of low production?
Do you know how many units there are produces in the world?

Yes, those prices over sticker are being asked for by both the dealership when new- and on the used car market.

About 400 are being made in the US, roughly about 175 have been delivered already

On top of limited quantity, its also the last fully gas engine that the M5 will have before becoming a hybrid.

7 at dealer inventory (sold)
127 completed production (at or will be in some transport stage)
63 at some stage of the production line
15 scheduled for production
13 that have not been scheduled

This indicates to me there is a 4th wave arriving between spring and end of production (between 78-91)

Of the approximate 400, there are still 225 not delivered to customers, leaving 175 (by deduction) to have been already given to customers

From my list, I see at least 78 cars were marked up, out of the 175 cars delivered - this means of the cars that landed in the US, ~45% were marked up

Just got off a call with BMW Professional Council today at 4:30. All M5 CS allocations have been allocated. There are 228 left, whether sold or not.
