The f10 m5 was literally transformed with star spec MPSS over the Aston Martin spec PZeros. I’m not putting on r888r’s or nt01s or even sport cup 2s in Florida for daily driving. The extra weight of the m5 shreds rcomp tires, there’s zero point to that.

I wish they pushed out the fenders on the rear a little to make it more aggressive....

Anytime you put fresh new tires over worn tires of similar performance, you'd notice a difference. The RE-71R's, AD08's, RS4's...are better tires even for daily driving with better grip than the NT01's |

Even a single compound tire like the RE-71R will see a significant drop in grip halfway worn especially on a heavy car. |

I just received the VIN. Does that mean it'll complete production soon?
Also, is it true that the entire production stops for sometime (about 3 weeks is what I heard) during the holidays? |

I still find it so bizarre that there is no information on the bmw website. I would love to use their live configurator and have actual information on the car.

A real downside for BMW imo, most other manufactures have a configurator available the day they launch the car. Notable ones that come to mind were the 812 superfast, 720s, Huracan Performante, Alfa Romeo Guila QV, Jag f-pace, Aston Martin DB11/Vantage, all Porsches. Yet BMW announces a car then 9 months later we get a US configurator. It wouldnt shock me to see it not up until February.
