this happens every time as soon as the wheels lose their grip and go into a slip.It feels like something wrong with XDrive. BMW told me to wait one month for new software, but how it possible for a car that cost more than 100k usd

Get them to take the car in for repair immediately and this could be a safety issue. It will also allow you to begin documenting this issue in the event of the lemon law. We received all of our money back on my wife's car because we addressed the issue within the first few thousand miles. It took the company two years to resolve it and we got all of our money back and a free car to drive for two years.

Is the ride that much harsher in the M5C over the M5? I suppose at the end of the day I need to test drive both before making a decision.
