Factory 19s fit non CCB M5. I run them as snow wheels. Maybe not all aftermarket 19s fit, but certainly some do.

Oh I see.

I have CCB's and I meant that I wasn't sure that 19" wheels fit with CCB's.

The BMW Build You Own app allows you to option the CCBs with the 19" wheels so I assume you can have both.

Lol if you're comparing m to amg even a Comp in the harshest setting is more comfortable than an amg in comfort mode. Why? For no reason at all, it's been mercedes biggest complaint for years and they finally fixed it with last year's e63 well not fixed but made comfort mode actually somewhat bearable to use. I mean honestly to each their own, the m5 is my daily as well but I wouldn't dream of not having the comp after test driving them both.

After 22,000 miles in a '19 base and another 22,000 miles in an LCI Comp, I can say the comp is hands down better in the suspension department. I swapped it out specifically for that reason. And it only took a couple blocks into the test ride to figure it out. And much less harsh than a pre LCI comp.

On the base I ran 20" michelins on the black 706 wheels and 19" michelin Alpin snows on the 705 wheels. The 19s helped a bit. On the comp I have run 20" Pirellis on the 789s, 19" Pirellis on the 705s and the 19" Alpins again. The car handles and rides the best on the 20" forged 789s. Can't wait to turn them into Michelins (probably this summer).

because cheaper lol, in the UK you don't even have a base anymore you can only get a comp, you guys still get bowers and wilkins, we dont, all your leather options are NO cost, while we have to pay just to get full leather because base comes with plastic dash and stuff, but our car starts at 75k GBP vs yours that starts at 107k GBP, you just get features built into the price instead of a cheaper car that you can add features to.

This is standard competition. Bodycolored door handles. At least in EU.
Base got chrome inlays in the handles.

At least in US the base comes with 19" standard but they are still performance non run flats. There are no run flats on any version of a F90.

Bowers and Wilkins is (was) a £3000 option. Cars come with Harman Kardon as standard. Plastic dash doesn't surprise me. Just like previou M3/M4.

I never said that, I was pointing to the fact that it's removed from usa configuration due to chip shortage, in the UK where bmw markets this car to a more premium consumer and presumably you have high specced cars often, it's available. In the usa every Tom dick and Harry can get an m5 because it's affordable as a base model especially on the used market after a few years.
