Farewell Donington?

This is true of most colors though. Whenever someone asks what this or that color looks like, I always recommend spending 30 minutes to an hour snooping around the dealer the next time their car is in for service. DG is particularly tough to nail down in photos though

Absolutely agree, it looks 10x better in person. For some reason the individual visualizer has almost all colors off for F90 compared to the one they have G80/82 I don't know why

never was a fan until i saw it in person and then owned one. Now i love it. flows with black/cf accents perfectly and yes doesn't show dirt at all and glistens in the sun when clean!

Looks like other colors on the site are gone too besides Donington. Carbon Black and Mineral White out as well. Like another poster said, I too am surprised Silver isn't on the standard palette of colors for an M5 other then going the Individual route. I consider silver to be timeless.

My 2021 F90 M5 Competition LCI in Donington Grey & Aragon Brown.

Always thought Marina Bay Blue would be the only colour I would order my car with until I came across a pre-LCI Donington Grey M5 F90 out in the sun, fell in love with the shade and eventually went with Donington Grey!

Looking at these pics of my car glistening in sunset, no regrets whatsoever! Stunning, sophisticated and stealth all at the same time. Shows off all the lines and curves so well!

If the colours being taken off the configurator is a fact, then my car is the only F90 M5 Competition LCI in Donington Grey in India and that makes it even more special!
