Does BMWFS expect the car to depreciate so much, or is this just to encourage buying?

I am thinking that they didn't want to lease the car at all, but figured that they had to offer some type of program.

Remember, when the M3CS first hit the market there was no lease program for it at all. Yeah, some people did buy them, but a lot of people moved on and the cars just sat on the lot until BMW changed.

Putting an order together for a 2022 allocation I obtained to replace my 2019. They are saying port installed options not available right now to add to my order. Also, the sales manager says we can't add the carbon pro spoiler without the front lip being included. I have a carbon pro on my current 2019 so I will just swap it over. Are you guys seeing this same thing with M Pro parts right now on your orders you are trying to put through?

Yup, same thing here .. no port-installed options.

Some of ///M carbon pieces will transfer from my 19' M5C but I will probably buy the others and sell later.

So should we expect msrp on ‘22 allocations? Does anyone have an sa offering anything off right now? Looking to replace my 2019 base with a comp. my car only has 8k miles on it so hoping I don’t take too bad of a spanking.

I just noticed that the MY 2022 "build your own" website is missing the accessories page. This is where the carbon fiber parts can be added to your build. I hope this is an error as I have a week 34 build, and ordered carbon parts.

I was told the CF parts & MPE will be added at dealership & will cost full price even though it's a lease. So I opted for Competition pack.

I got 7k off on my build. Not bad given the circumstances.

Has anyone heard from Next Level Auto Brokers recently? Hope everything's ok!

I've been trying to reach Dan for a couple of weeks to put together a build on a 2022 M5C. We texted some high level numbers (which were great btw - blew my local dealer out of the water), told him I was ready to move forward and poof - haven't heard from him since.

He has posted on here I think. I tried getting in touch with him several times as well and never received a response back. Ended up locking an order as I did not want to wait any longer. Hope everything is okay. Have heard great things

I spoke to him last week, as well, but it was brief. I saw a post on Leasehackr where he was talking about taking the entire month of July off.

Hi sorry! Took a quick vacation and playing an insane amount of golf, but I'm back at it!
