Your fitment in question is like putting 20mm spacers front, and 11mm rear. Many go with 15f/12r and they’re often lowered. Lowering will tuck the wheel in, especially in the front, so if you’re not lowered, et14 will look quite aggressive.
So I ended up going with the the below wheels and tires. I have no plans as of yet to lower the car. I appreciate your help. Your advice helped me make my final decision. I will have these wheels in the next three weeks. I’ll post pictures of the car with the wheels on this thread when they are mounted. Thanks again for your help.

I stand corrected: Shop that is finishing up my KW HAS kit just told me I was getting some wear on the tire from those as is and would likely be worse now lowered so off the go. Its probably best to use those if you are running stock suspension & tires only.

So I'll likely just find something like this that goes on the outside - looks classy, huh?!? Kidding!

Starting 2nd Round of mods:

My decision boiled down to two iconic wheel manufacturers (HRE-BBS) before ultimately selecting BBS.

BBS FI-R - Satin Black / Blk-Gld Centercaps

21 x 10 et22 - 20.1 lbs
21 x 11 et24 - 22.1 lbs

Michelin PS4S

285-30-ZR21
295-30-ZR21

My goal was to balance the the “pop” of the PPF + Ceramic with a more subtle wheel color and I feel I have achieved that with this set. The centercaps tie in the Gold Calipers nicely and round out the look.

Big shoutout to Eric and Kim supremepower who were amazing during the entire process. Best in class customer service and straight-up good people who love cars.

Shoutout to Brandon at Hughes Detailing in Miami.

Full photoshoot to follow soon.

Most beatiful M5 configuration so far in my opinion. Can you share wheels specs? Offset? Both diameter?
Another thing, is possible to use 295/35 in the rear and 285/35 in the front as you riding 21"s?

Thanks man.

I think running 35s on 21” rims would be too big a difference, but maybe it would mostly just impact the handling and speedo. It would be a +4.3% difference on the rear and 4.7% on the front. Not sure how that impacts the transfer case.

How are your painted rotor hats holding up, Rob? Any issues to report?

This is a good question for pbonsalb, as he’s very knowledgeable about this. I can’t remember the exact number, but I think I recall him mentioning that the high 1%s (like 1.5 to 1.9?) are the most one should deviate.

That´s the problem, I read that we need to stay under 1.1% to avoid transfer case issues. As I live in Brazil and our streets are very like moon tarmac it´s complicated to use low tire profile.

In Canada as well. I’m still going with 21” and 30s. Hopefully it will be okay.
